QuickStaff is an online platform that connects South African businesses ("Employers") with individuals seeking work ("Workers"). QuickStaff is a connection platform only — we are not an employment agency, labour broker, or party to any employment relationship formed between users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Worker and employer responsibility

Employers are solely responsible for verifying worker suitability, complying with South African labour law (including minimum wage and working conditions), and any employment arrangements they enter into. Workers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and their conduct at work sites. QuickStaff does not guarantee work, workers, or outcomes.

6. Liability

QuickStaff is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from interactions or agreements between users, service interruptions, or user-generated content.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, in accordance with POPIA.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
