QuickStaff ("we", "us") operates the QuickStaff platform, which connects South African businesses with workers. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Worker profile information (name, skills, city, ratings) is visible to registered employers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers required to operate the platform (hosting, payments, messaging) under appropriate safeguards.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Data is stored securely in Amazon Web Services data centres located in Cape Town, South Africa, with encryption in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

6. WhatsApp communications

If you sign up or interact with QuickStaff via WhatsApp, your phone number and messages are processed to create and manage your worker profile. You can reply STOP at any time to end the conversation.
